FINAL SALE ITEMS

Orders using a promotion code that offers a product discount, or items marked down from original price are considered final sale and therefore non-refundable. All earrings are final sale.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase, but in the event that it doesn’t work out, you may initiate a return within 10 business days of order delivery by visiting the Return Center on our website.

  • All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging. Haus of Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Allow 5-7 business days (excluding federal holidays) for return processing once we receive your package.

Returns are issued only in the form of store credit via email. Store credit does not expire. Refunds will not be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Please note: we do not accept returns on items due to normal wear and tear. Please refer to the Jewelry Care section of our website for recommended best practices to preserve the quality of your pieces.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please note: During the returns process, if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item from the list. This will be all items past the 10-day time frame or items considered final sale.

For a truly flawless return, please send your item(s) back to us via a traceable and/or insurable method. Haus of Jewels shall not be held liable for any returned packages not received.

ISSUING OF STORE CREDIT

Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email. Your store credit will then be emailed within XX-XX days/business days to the email you provided during checkout.

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5-7 business days of the delivery of your Return at our Fulfillment Center.  We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to fully process your return. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. 

 

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges if an item arrives defective and you would like an identical replacement. Please contact us at customercare@hausofjewels.com within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of defects, along with your order number. We cannot guarantee an identical replacement will be available due to the nature of our products selling out quickly. In that event, Haus of Jewels may issue a refund in the form of store credit. We do not replace items due to normal wear and tear. Haus of Jewels reserves the right to deny a request for exchange upon acceptance and inspection of return package. When you receive your store credit via email you may purchase the item you would like on our website. Store credit does not expire.

Please follow these steps to exchange an item from Haus of Jewels:

  1. Write on the invoice what product you would like to purchase instead, including item name, item number and length or size (if applicable).
  2. Please write the word ‘exchange’ on the invoice.
  3. Include your phone number in case our customer service team needs to clarify any details.

All exchanges and returns should only be shipped to the Haus of Jewels PO Box via US Postal Service. Haus of Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
