Processing & Shipping
All orders over $50 ship for free.
Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) for us to process your order.
During sales and holidays, this processing window may be extended due to higher than normal sales volume.
Orders are not processed on weekends or observed holidays. Orders placed Friday after 5:00pm EST through Sunday will start processing the next business day.
We ship all orders via USPS First-Class Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
Priority USPS shipping is available upon checkout. This does not expedite the standard processing time.
When your order ships to the address provided at checkout, you will receive an email from us for shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Be sure to enter your correct email address and check your spam folder for the shipment confirmation email.
**Once your package is in possession of USPS, Haus of Jewels is no longer responsible for the condition of the package or delivery. Haus of Jewels cannot be held responsible for a lost or stolen package if the package shows delivered to the address provided at checkout. In the event that your order is lost in the mail or stolen, or the items you purchased have incurred damages while in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and advise the customer to file a claim with USPS as well since they are responsible for delivery.
